Twin Cities Inspections provides comprehensive and carefully written reports on the defects found in the property at the time of inspection. Your report will feature detailed descriptions and photographs of the property and its deficiencies, recommendations for repairs, and an action list highlighting the most urgent repair needs. The information found in the report can be used during negotiations on your home purchase to reduce the price or have repair items addressed before the sale. Reports can be expected within 48 hours of the inspection.
It’s common for homebuyers to be unaware of costly and unsafe conditions present in the home until after their purchase. A home inspection ensures that these issues are pointed out and addressed before the sale, and covers critical areas that you would otherwise miss during an open house, including the attic, crawlspace, and roof.
We work exclusively in the interests of our clients. You can expect a truthful and unbiased evaluation of your home.
Twin Cities Inspections adheres to the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors’ Standards of Practice, which can be viewed here.
Twin Cities Inspections offers real estate photography as an ancillary service. This includes edited, professionally taken photographs of the interior and exterior of the entire property.
We are proud to hold Part 107 – Small UAS licensure with the Federal Aviation Administration. Using drones, we include aerial photographs in our real estate photography and as a standalone service. With your purchase, you will receive 20 edited aerial photographs of your property from multiple angles.
